Job summary

Oak View Group in St. Louis is seeking a courteous Ticket Seller to assist guests with ticket purchases, Will Call distribution, and event information with a positive, professional demeanor.

This part-time role pays $15.00–$16.00 per hour, requires basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and strong customer service. Flexible availability for nights, weekends and some holidays is preferred, with an application deadline of October 9, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills, ideally with a ticketing system.
• Previous cash handling and/or retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for each scheduled shift on time, in uniform and ready to work.
• Listen to guests’ questions and requests attentively.
• Provide accurate information about events, prices, seating, and facility details.
• Generate tickets from the ticketing system and ensure payment is complete.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure cash drawer counts match starting bank and totals.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate to a supervisor when needed.
