Job summary

A premier entertainment venue in St. Louis is seeking hosts to ensure guests have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have at least one year in customer service, be fluent in English, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include answering phones, welcoming guests, and coordinating seating arrangements. Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting.
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties positively.
• Must be able to read and understand seating charts.
• Basic mathematical skills are used frequently.

Responsibilities
