Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Director of Ticket Operations to provide strategic leadership for ticket operations across the organization, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and a seamless experience from purchase through event attendance.

This role drives planning, execution, and continuous improvement of ticketing systems, event readiness, and customer service delivery, partnering with Sales, Admissions, Data Strategy, Finance, and venue leaders to maximize revenue and fan

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sport Management, Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership in ticket operations within sports, entertainment, live events, or related
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's ticket operations strategy to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies and process improvements across Ticket Operations.
Lead ticketing initiatives including digital ticketing enhancements and technology adoption (Ticketmaster, etc.).
Oversee staffing, Will Call, ticket resolution, reconciliation, and reporting for events.
Manage ticketing accounts and controlled ticket programs; maintain calendars for renewals and onsales.
