Job summary

New York Public Radio seeks a Live Events Production Coordinator for The Green Space. You will support planning and execution of live events, rentals, and ticketed programming, coordinating with show teams, clients, and internal partners from planning to wrap.

You will ensure staffing, schedules, vendor coordination, and on-site support, while working closely with Directors to refine workflows and maintain event assets. Evening/weekend availability is required.

• Experience with live events, venue operations, or audio/video production is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends based on the event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of live events, rentals, and programming from planning through post-event wrap.
• Maintain timelines, run-of-show documents, production schedules, and checklists.
• Serve as point of contact for internal teams, clients, talent, and vendors to communicate schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate event logistics including staffing, catering, security, facilities, equipment, guest and comp lists, ticketing.
• Work with technical staff to confirm audio, video, lighting, staging, recording, and livestream needs.
• Provide on-site support during load-in, setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Help grow the live-events portfolio with additional production and operational support.
