• Minimum 60 credit hours of college-level coursework or equivalent certifications.
• 5–7 years of live event production management experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer event planning with client and venue stakeholders from advancement to load‑in and load‑out.
• Coordinate staging, lighting, sound, seating, and staffing requirements.
• Generate and maintain event budgets with regular updates.
• Track costs and settle with internal and external clients.
• Produce AutoCAD drawings for seating maps used in sales and planning.
• Ensure work rules, jurisdictions, and safety policies are followed.
• Schedule and direct both union and non‑union labor for daily operations.
• Resolve on‑site issues quickly and manage emergencies.
• Oversee event transitions and evaluate guest experience.
