Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations for live events in NYC. You will coordinate logistics, schedules, talent, and crews to ensure the creative vision is delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, expert coordination with multiple teams, and a focus on safety and quality. You will collaborate with producers, directors, and vendors while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Arts Administration, Production, Film, Media, Sports, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of production management in sports, entertainment, or live events.
• Excellent communication and coordination with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations, logistics, schedules, talent and crew.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, technical teams, casts and vendors.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate site logistics, permitting, transportation, and asset installation.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and high-quality standards on all productions.
