RWS Global is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at the NYC HQ, directing logistics, schedules, talent and crew to align with the creative vision. You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety on site while delivering high-quality live content for major brands.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex productions across times, venues, and teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Arts Administration, Production, Film, Media, Sports, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in production management within sports, entertainment, or live event industries.
• Expert communication skills
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and logistics.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Wrike, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in production environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of production, including coordinating logistics, schedules, and staff.
• Lead budgeting, vendor relations, and resource allocation for each project.
• Coordinate crew, talent, and locations; ensure on-time execution within budget.
• Oversee setup, operation, and strike of production equipment with technical teams.
• Maintain detailed production records and reports for clients and stakeholders.
