Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a Production Manager to run day-to-day production operations, coordinating logistics, schedules, talent, and crews to realize the creative vision. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail at NYC HQ.

You will manage budgets, vendors, and safety while collaborating with producers, directors, and technical teams to deliver high-quality content on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in Arts Administration, Production, Film, Media, Sports, Communications, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in production management within sports, entertainment, or live event industries.
• Expert communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and logistics.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Wrike, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations and oversee logistics, schedules, talent, and crew to align with the creative vision.
• Coordinate production plans, timelines, and workflows; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across projects.
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, resource allocation, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, technical teams, casts, and vendors to deliver high-quality content.
