Job summary

Vibee, based in Las Vegas, seeks a Business Operations Coordinator to support BI tooling and cross‑functional operations. You will develop and manage reporting in Metabase, Excel, and Google Sheets, while supporting projects and internal apps.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Business Operations, with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency. You will collaborate with multiple teams, help optimize workflows, and ensure timely delivery of reports and insights for decision‑makers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years in business operations, data analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Metabase, Excel, Google Sheets, Google App Scripts, and SQL.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• BI Tool Development & Management: consult with departments, identify needs, implement solutions.
• Create and manage customized reporting tools using Metabase.
• Continuously optimize BI tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Business Operations Reporting & Audits: create and maintain reports, audits, checks using Metabase, Excel, Sheets, Apps Script.
• Support regular data analysis to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Develop and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Project Management & Deadline Support: manage timelines, use PM tools, coordinate with Senior Director & SVP.
• Maintenance of internal apps: support apps, data and asset management, admin training.
• Cross-Departmental Support: assist other departments with ad hoc data requests.
• Continuous Improvement: gather feedback, track trends, implement improvements.
