Job summary

Vibee seeks a proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support BI tooling and reporting across departments. You will build and refine Metabase reports, streamline data flows in Excel/Sheets, and coordinate with teams on key operations projects from HQ in Las Vegas.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, project management, and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced live event environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a business operations, data analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Metabase, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google App Scripts, and SQL is essential.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment.

Responsibilities

• BI tool development & management across departments using Metabase.
• Create, update, and optimize reporting tools for evolving needs.
• Operations reporting & audits with Metabase, Excel, Sheets.
• Manage timelines and deadlines with project tools; track milestones.
• Maintain internal apps and data/assets; provide admin support.
• Cross-department support to enable data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve communication.
• Handle ad hoc requests and prioritize tasks.
