Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking an on‑site BI Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions that support analytics, financial analysis, and strategic decision‑making. This role partners with IT, Finance, and Operations to deliver accurate, high‑performance data assets across the organization.

You will develop ETL pipelines with SSIS, optimize SQL queries, and contribute to data warehousing efforts using Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data development.
• Advanced SQL expertise required.
• Experience with ETL development (SSIS preferred).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions for analytics and reporting.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS.
• Integrate and reconcile data across Agilysys LMS, IGT Advantage, and other systems.
• Contribute to data warehouse design including dimensional modeling.
• Develop semantic models and datasets for Power BI and Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Identify and resolve data quality and performance issues.
• Optimize BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and error handling for data pipelines.
• Support audit and compliance reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trusted data delivery.
