Job summary

Vibee is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to help build and maintain BI tools and reporting across departments. You will collaborate with teams to deliver accurate data insights and streamline operational processes from Las Vegas.

The role emphasizes working with Metabase, Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL, while coordinating projects and internal apps to support several teams, with an expectation of strong communication and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a business operations, data analysis, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Metabase, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google App Scripts, and SQL is essential.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and exercise good judgment in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BI tools and reporting using Metabase.
• Create and maintain operational reports and audits across departments.
• Support project timelines and deadlines using project management tools.
• Maintain internal apps and manage data and assets.
• Provide cross-departmental data support to improve decision-making.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and reporting.
• Handle other duties as required by Business Operations leadership.
