Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking a part-time Promotions & Events team member in New Castle, DE. You will support planning and executing local events, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to drive listener engagement and revenue.

You’ll act as on-site lead, engaging listeners and clients while maintaining inventory and assisting with digital promotion efforts. Flexible evenings/weekends required, MS Office skills expected, and a passion for audio and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple events and projects.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Experience supporting local and national events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing local events and promotions.
• Coordinate logistics: venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways, tech.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to run campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead; represent iHeartMedia professionally.
• Engage with listeners and clients and gather feedback.
• Maintain promotional inventory and transport materials.
• Support digital and social media efforts for events.
• Track attendance and client satisfaction post-events.
