Qualifications

• One-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience required.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle cables safely.

Responsibilities

• Cable management for network, power, and peripheral cabling.
• Terminate, place, and maintain cables.
• Troubleshoot POS and computer hardware/software.
• Set up and replace POS and computer hardware.
• Available to work nights, weekends or some holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
