Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time IT Technician to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. You will support daily technical operations, provide desktop and end-user support, and help implement IT solutions at the venue.

The role requires at least 1 year of technical support experience, familiarity with POS and retail systems, and strong customer-service oriented communication. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with point-of-sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user support for hardware and software systems.
• Assist in implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North.
• Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user accounts, and computer configurations for team members.
• Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events.
• Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through the help desk request problem-solving process.
