Job summary

The Freeman Company, a leader in corporate event technology, seeks a Display Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for LED and projection systems across large-scale events. This role ensures technical accuracy, scalability, and design consistency for show-site and client environments.

Based in Dallas and eligible for a hybrid schedule, the role collaborates across Sales, Operations, and Engineering, driving standards, training, and strategic planning to meet evolving client

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring of design and technical staff.
• Experience with display technologies used in large-scale events.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for internal and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for display technologies.
• Provide leadership and direction for the Display team.
• Oversee design decisions, drawings, and scopes of work for client releases.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to align on feasibility.
• Plan front-end design for large-scale meetings and hybrid events.
• Establish standards, SOPs, and best practices for display systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering requirements for temporary builds.
• Guide inventory planning and capital investment strategies for display assets.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support complex event schedules.
• Lead training and knowledge development for display design and application.
