Job summary

The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Deployment Specialist to oversee forecasting and assigning graphic production tasks, ensuring quality and on-time delivery for live events.

This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in-office or on-site per week, travel up to 25%, and close collaboration with our Event & Exhibit Services team and outsource partners to plan graphics and support show sites.

Qualifications

• Strongly preferred 5+ years’ experience in the live events space.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask for managing a number of projects.
• Advance level using CP3 and Passport systems.
• Intermediate show site operations and logistics knowledge.
• Advance knowledge of graphic products, and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage graphic production assignments and assign to appropriate resources.
• Serve as primary contact for outsource partners and stakeholders.
• Communicate status and delivery of graphics to all parties.
• Coordinate delivery plan with Freeman operations team and branches.
• Travel to show sites as needed to support graphics.
• Collaborate with graphics team on future work and expediting where possible.
• Attend event and account planning meetings.
• Monitor production quality to meet GPO details and finish standards.
• Maintain standard status update reports.
• Oversee graphic invoicing and verify accuracy of services rendered.
• Provide material recommendations and installation guidance.
