Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervising or managing in a similar facility.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management.
• Requires flexibility to work events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and schedule all aspects of Operations.
• Coordinate Operations with other departments and event-related contractors.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Good written and verbal skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel

Ability to work with limited supervision

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering
