ASM Global LLC. is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and oversee all Operations functions, ensuring smooth event execution and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets and staff while coordinating activities across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, excellent organizational skills, and at least 2 years of management experience. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervising or managing in a similar facility.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management.
• Requires flexibility to work events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Direct, supervise, and schedule all aspects of Operations.
• Coordinate Operations with other departments and event-related contractors.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Connaissances

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Good written and verbal skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel

Ability to work with limited supervision

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering
