Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead to oversee maintenance and assets in-store, delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience. You will manage vendor relationships, supervise maintenance work, and train team members while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role is full-time with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, coordinating remodels, and communicating with leadership about asset care and budget impacts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Train and guide store team to meet guest experience standards.
• Review area metrics and drive improvements in assets and operations.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete work safely and on schedule.
• Lead safety initiatives and supervise preventive maintenance across building assets.
