The Facilities & Asset Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, organization, operational readiness, and long‑term performance of Greenawalt Hospitality's facilities and physical assets. This includes company offices, warehouses, storage yards, fleet vehicles, trailers, event equipment, and specialized operational assets.
This position combines facilities management, asset oversight, preventive maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and operational support to ensure our teams have the equipment and resources they need to execute successful events across the country.
