Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino is seeking an Entertainment Coordinator to assist the Promotions & Entertainment Manager with the seamless execution of concerts and special events. You will coordinate setups, coordinate merchandise, and ensure all timelines are met for optimal guest experiences.

The role requires strong guest service, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision on a fast-paced casino floor.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• One year of related experience in entertainment buying/production or promotions.
• Preferably fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in Ticket-Socket and Ticketmaster.
• Knowledge in Agilysys.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Promotions & Entertainment Manager with the execution and coordination of Entertainment and Special Events.
• Ensure day-to-day success of entertainment concerts and special events, including details and on-time preparations.
• Move between departments and venues to communicate needs and setups.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies; report any illegal or suspicious activity.
• Coordinate merchandise, decorations, contracts and payments for entertainers.
• Provide excellent guest service and effective announcements during events.
