Job summary

Palms Casino Resort is seeking an Entertainment Coordinator to support Live Events. You will assist multiple venues during entertainment nights, ensure rider and contract requirements are met, and coordinate room blocks and VIP services.

The role involves handling payments, cash, and guest inquiries while maintaining PCI compliance. The position requires 21+ and the ability to obtain Nevada Gaming licenses if needed, with a focus on organization, collaboration, and flexibility to work nights,

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years related experience; one year in a hotel/gaming property preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and eligible for government licenses, specifically Nevada Gaming license if required.
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities; highly organized.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Palms Casino Resort venues during entertainment nights, coordinating with Guest Services, Ushers, and VIP staff.
• Ensure rider requirements are met and contracts processed for Entertainers.
• Coordinate room blocks and final rooming lists with Hotel Group Reservations and VIP Services.
• Inspect VIP suites and prepare overnight arrival packages.
• ayudan connect Tour Managers to final folios after checkout.
• Submit Ground Transportation requests when applicable; manage ticketing payments and balance cash with leadership.
• Follow cash handling, inventory procedures and PCI compliance; resolve policy questions.
• Handle guest concerns before and during events, escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with ticket holds, counts, processing promotional tickets, and weekly reporting.
