Essential Functions

• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate usher program and labor needs for concert and show execution.
• Build events in ticketing systems and assist with printing, distribution and tracking for all indoor and outdoor concert and events
• Create and maintain BEO's for all entertainment.
• Maintain and update Marketing Distribution List, Entertainment calendar and any other administrative or marketing needs.
• Assist with entertainment venue (including ticket sales and registration, seating guests, fulfilling
  

requests by entertainers and guest services).

• Build and maintain relationships across the business to coordinate Entertainment needs.
• Maintain, organize and keep green rooms stocked with needed beverage and other items artist may request.
• Set signage and stanchions as needed for indoor and outdoor concerts and events.
• Assist with other department events such as special event, promotions, etc.
