Qualifications

• 3-5 years in audiovisual sales.
• 3+ years developing technical proposals.
• Experience supporting the full lifecycle of live events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Persuasiveness and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop event solutions by consulting with clients to understand goals, technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and production needs.
• Build winning proposals by reviewing and delivering technical recommendations and pricing that align with client objectives and company standards.
• Manage client relationships through ongoing communication, adapting plans as requirements evolve and ensuring expectations remain aligned throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate event logistics by working across teams to ensure equipment, labor, venue requirements, and production details are properly planned and executed.
• Support successful event delivery by validating equipment requirements, reviewing project readiness, and ensuring all elements are prepared before deployment.
• Drive client satisfaction and business success through event follow-up, issue resolution, contract administration, and collection of payments.
