Entertainment Technology Partners in Orlando, FL is seeking an Account Executive to serve as a trusted advisor for clients planning live events. You will transform ideas into technical solutions, guide projects from concept through completion, and ensure every event is delivered with quality and professionalism.

You will develop event solutions, build proposals, manage client relationships, coordinate logistics, and drive satisfaction including payments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of audiovisual sales experience.
• 3+ years developing technical proposals.
• Experience supporting the full lifecycle of live events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A client-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Persuasiveness, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop event solutions by consulting with clients to understand goals, requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Build winning proposals by delivering technical recommendations and pricing aligned with client objectives and standards.
• Manage client relationships through ongoing communication and evolving plans.
• Coordinate event logistics across teams to ensure proper planning and execution.
• Support successful event delivery by validating equipment requirements and project readiness.
• Drive client satisfaction and business success through follow-up, issue resolution, and contract administration.
