Job summary

The Denver Broncos Football Club seeks a Ticket Operations Coordinator to support the Ticket Operations and Business Intelligence teams for Broncos games and Empower Field events. Responsibilities include ADA ticketing, seat relocations, inventory tracking, event preparation, on-sale launches, and on-site guest service and staff coordination.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sports/entertainment experience preferred.
• 4-year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Ticketmaster software preferred (Archtics, Host, EMT, tmONE).
• Ability to work all home Broncos games, other stadium events, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound requests from customers, partners, and internal teams with professionalism and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Manage ADA ticketing, including communications, sales, seat relocations, inventory tracking, reporting, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Document and fulfill annual STM transfers; support operational elements for ticketed events at Empower Field at Mile High.
• Test ticket office equipment, organize workstations and supplies, and ensure guest-facing signage is accurate and event-ready.
• Lead the Customer Service team to resolve ticketing issues and guide invoice, payment, and account maintenance processes.
• Build professional relationships with stadium staff, partners, and clients; assist with inquiries related to ticket activity and processes.
