Job summary

The Denver Broncos Football Club and Stadium Management Company is seeking a Ticket Operations Coordinator to support the Ticket Operations and Business Intelligence teams in fulfilling ticketing needs for Broncos games and Empower Field at Mile High events.

The role requires coordinating with staff, partners, and clients, handling ADA ticketing tasks, and ensuring smooth on-site event execution. A 4-year degree and flexibility to work home games and events are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sports/entertainment experience preferred
• 4-year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
• Experience with Ticketmaster software preferred (Archtics, Host, EMT, tmONE)
• Ability to work all home Broncos games, other stadium events, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to all inbound requests via all mediums, to customers, partners, and internal team members, while displaying best in class professionalism, service, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• ADA ticketing responsibilities including customer communications, ticket sales, seat relocations, inventory tracking, reporting, 3PE builds, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Documentation and overall process and fulfillment of annual STM transfers.
• Preparing and executing all operational elements required for ticketed events at Empower Field at Mile High, including testing equipment, organizing workstations, and ensuring signage is accurate and event-ready.
• Leading the Customer Service team in resolving ticketing issues for Broncos games and non-football events; guiding on invoice and payment processes, ticket management, and event on-sale launches.
• Establishing professional relationships with stadium staff, partners, and clients; sharing operational details and assisting with inquiries related to ticket activity and processes.
• Assisting with onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing communication of part-time Ticket Operations staff; coordinating staffing to ensure coverage and on-site support.
