Job summary

AEG presents Portland's newest venue, a dynamic hub for large-scale live events, with flexible seating from 2,000 to 4,250 and a movable stage. The Manager Ticketing oversees setup, inventory, and reporting to optimize event performance and revenue, partnering with artists, venue teams, and promotional partners.

We seek a seasoned professional with 4–6 years of live entertainment experience, supervisory background, and fluency in ticketing platforms like AXS and Ticketmaster.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (4-year).
• 4-6 years of related work experience in entertainment or live events.
• Experience in music industry, live entertainment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in developing start-up box offices and arena ticketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic accounting and budgeting principles.
• Experience with AXS, Ticketmaster and other ticketing platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Gather show information from artist and talent buyer to build shows in ticketing software.
• Develop scaling for each show/event based on demographics and venue location.
• Manage ticket holds for each event/show and process orders for artist management and internal buys.
• Prepare and distribute daily ticket counts for agents, departments and offices.
• Collaborate with Talent Buyer, venue, artist and partners to offer discount or group tickets.
• Train new ticketing staff on sales, will call, comps, and coordination with tour and venue.
