Job summary

The Denver Broncos Football Club and Stadium Management Company is seeking a Ticket Operations Coordinator to support the Ticket Operations and Business Intelligence teams at Empower Field at Mile High. You will help manage all ticketing activity, event readiness, and guest experience for Broncos games and other events.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in sports/entertainment, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and familiarity with Ticketmaster systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sports/entertainment experience preferred.
• 4-year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Ticketmaster software preferred (Archtics, Host, EMT, tmONE).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound requests from customers, partners, and internal teams with professionalism and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Manage ADA ticketing including communications, sales, relocations, inventory tracking, reporting, 3PE builds, and fan engagement within policies.
• Document and fulfill annual STM transfers; lead onboarding and scheduling of part-time Ticket Operations staff; coordinate on-site staffing for events.
