Detroit Lions, Inc. is seeking an Event Day Ticket Seller to provide outstanding customer service while maximizing ticket sales on event days at Ford Field. You will handle ticket sales windows, process orders and payments, and maintain accurate customer accounts.

The role requires a fan-friendly attitude, reliable schedule adherence, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior ticketing experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in a fast-paced

Formación

• Must be customer-service oriented and fan-friendly.
• Ability to figure simple mathematical problems.
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Must be reliable and meet work schedule and job requirements.
• Experience in customer service and guest relations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• High degree of technological competence.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak professionally with guests, fans and staff.
• Available for a minimum of 75% of all ticketed events at Ford Field, with 4-hour shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently facilitate ticket sales, will call and provide exceptional customer service at ticket sales windows.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ticketing and point of sale software.
• Process orders, apply payments and ensure accurate delivery of event tickets.
• Enter and/or update customer account information.
• Make decisions during high-pressure situations.
• Maintain organization of tasks and event documents.
