Job summary

Kraft Sports and Entertainment LLC is seeking a motivated individual to support the Ticket Office operations at Gillette Stadium. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, accurate ticket handling, and smooth walk-up sales using Ticketmaster and Archtics systems.

You’ll assist guests with ticket issues, manage will call, and provide responsive, friendly service during evenings and weekends in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced setting.
Experience handling and balancing cash.
Ability to multi-task.
Reliable transportation to and from Gillette Stadium.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with lost tickets and other customer service related issues.
Sell tickets on Ticketmaster/Archtics during event walk-up.
Distribute will call and troubleshoot/manage customer expectations when issues arise.
Mobile Ticketing Gate Support: assist guests with mobile ticketing issues at stadium entrances.
Understand all aspects of Ticket Office policies.
Provide positive, friendly, and timely service to all guests.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Year round event opportunities.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
