Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a detail-oriented POS support technician to provide level 1 and 2 assistance, perform system checks, and implement improvements before, during, and after events. You will conduct venue walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, diagnose software/hardware issues, and maintain knowledge of policies and standards.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with pay at $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary
• Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during events
• Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events
• Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors and breakage
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to standards
