Fanatics is seeking a Retail Event Associate to support live event retail operations, including merchandise setup, stocking, and sales transactions. You will deliver a fan-first experience while maintaining brand standards and operating Fanatics POS systems.

You will work on-site at events, collaborate with the management team, and help load/unload merchandise, stock the sales floor, and ensure quick, accurate handling of cash and transactions.

Formación

• Experience in venue, retail, or merchandise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with onsite Retail Event Management Team to execute directives and maintain Fanatics standards.
• Assist with setup, stocking, sales transactions, and event breakdown.
• Provide fan-first service and accurate POS transactions.
• Load/unload merchandise and keep stockrooms neat and fully stocked.
