Fanatics Inc. is seeking a Retail Event Associate to set up and stock merchandise at live events, run sales transactions, and ensure a high-energy, fan-first experience.

You will work on-site at events, assist with loading/unloading, maintain clean stockrooms, and collaborate with the event management team to meet Fanatics standards. The role requires 18+ years old, strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in venue/retail/merchandise environment.
• Strong customer service with a friendly, self-motivated demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math proficiency including counting change and balancing cash.
• Strong communication with supervisors, team members, and guests.
• Physical ability to load/unload merchandise trucks and stock the floor/stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Set up merchandise and stocking at live events.
• Execute sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics POS system.
• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise trucks.
• Maintain neat, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with Retail Event Management to uphold Fanatics standards at each event.
