Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an AMI Event Production Specialist to support live events and hybrid programs. This dedicated role focuses on run-of-show execution, control-room operations, and end-user assistance with AV and digital content.

You will operate production systems, coordinate with instructors and staff, and help prepare content and media assets for AMI programs, ensuring timely, professional service and confidentiality across all events.

Qualifications

• Understanding of audio mixing and audiovisual signal flow.
• Experience with live production workflows and run-of-show execution.
• Ability to create and edit digital content, including presentation slides, photography, and video.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide comprehensive live production support for AMI events.
• Operate production systems from the control room and support in-plenary operations.
• Maintain accurate program timing, cues, and transitions per run-of-show requirements.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of external AV equipment for events.
• Operate Teams and other major video conferencing platforms for live/hybrid events.
• Collaborate with staff, instructors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
