Job summary

Amgen is seeking an AV Production Technician to support planning, setup, and delivery of high-quality live, hybrid, and virtual events across our campuses and venues. The role emphasizes hands-on audio and video production, with focus on Dante and NDI workflows, streaming, and virtual meeting support.

You will work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure events run smoothly, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot issues quickly, especially in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering/event production experience.
• 4 years of engineering or event production experience for Associate path.
• 6 years of engineering or event production experience for high school path.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end technical execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Operate and troubleshoot AV production systems (audio consoles, video switchers, encoders, displays).
• Manage Dante audio networks and NDI video workflows.
• Provide streaming/webcast platform support and live troubleshooting.
• Support Webex, Teams, and Zoom in live or executive settings.
• Collaborate with event owners and technical teams to meet production goals.
