Job summary

TeamPeople is seeking a multi-skilled Event Technician to deliver end-to-end live event production for a premier technology client at a new event center. The role involves working with a team of event production pros, applying a strong technical background to plan, execute, and troubleshoot complex shows using Ross TD2S, GrandMA, PTZ, Yamaha DM7, Analog Way, and wide-format displays.

Qualifications

• Experience operating live event production systems in broadcast-like settings.
• Ability to explain technical services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in adopting new technologies to enhance attendee experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-class customer service and explain services to stakeholders.
• Plan, staff, and deliver events within the client’s fully equipped center.
• Collaborate with external AV vendors and freelancers to meet needs.
• Operate, configure, and troubleshoot Ross TD2S, PTZ cameras, GrandMA, Yamaha DM7, and Analog Way.
• Operate other event AV systems as required and troubleshoot equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and assist with resolutions to maintain service levels.
• Maintain SOPs and include contingency planning for events.
• Participate in special projects and drive process improvements.
• Manage technical risks across pre-production, execution, and post-event.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of running full-scale live events.
