Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations, assist Executive and Sous Chefs, and help with service flips at venues. You will follow prep lists, maintain sanitation, and contribute to from-scratch cooking at scale.

The role requires 1+ year kitchen experience, strong communication and time management, and the ability to work well in fast-paced, VIP environments. On-the-job training and daily meal per shift are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen or as an interactive chef.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and execution of recipes.
• Ability to be professional with VIP cliental and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow prep lists created by Executive Chef.
• Assist chefs in preparing food and handling culinary tasks.
• Distribute plates to wait staff and prepare takeaway packages.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
• Monitor and ensure proper food temperatures and storage.
