• Ensure all products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Ensure proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products.
• Work with kitchen equipment and proper utensils.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Coordinate orders to ensure timely cooking and accuracy.
