Hollywood Park is seeking an Event Operations Crew Member (Part-Time) for the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, CA. Join a dynamic team responsible for setup, teardown, and day-of-show operations to deliver world‑class guest experiences.

Role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and availability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a performance venue is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet time constraints.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to world-class guest experience by assisting with event setup and teardown.
• Help with the aesthetics of the venue, ensuring displays align with procedures.
• Assist in maintenance and inventory control of venue assets.
• Support general upkeep of the stadium and surrounding areas.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and in compliance with safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and the campus community.
• Perform duties safely and efficiently, including additional tasks as assigned.
