Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks an Event Solutions Engineer to design, operate, and implement onsite and offsite networks for events. You will manage technical solutions with strong project management and communication, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to meet client requirements.

The role requires certification readiness (CCNA/CCNP/CompTIA Network+) and hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba gear. Travel to event sites, including international locations, is part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years’ Experience in network deployment (Windows, Mac, Cloud, Hardware).
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
• Client-facing/customer service skills essential.
• Experience managing client expectations in fast-paced live events.

Responsibilities

• Review client requests and provide technical support for IT and network services at onsite/offsite events.
• Coordinate proposals with venues, HSIA providers, ISPs and third-party vendors.
• Deploy, test, and support event networks, WiFi, IT assets, help desk, and experiential tech.
