Job summary

MSG Entertainment seeks a Food & Merchandise Supervisor to support the Senior Director of Merchandise Operations across MSG venues. You will lead frontline staff, maintain inventory, and ensure a top-notch guest and employee experience in a busy event-driven setting.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in high-volume venues, strong customer service, and solid computer skills (Word, Excel, POS, SharePoint). This role is onsite with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• 60+ college credit hours preferred or equivalent certifications.
• Merchandise operations and sales techniques knowledge required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service for staff and guests.
• Communicate clear direction to staff in writing and verbally.
• Schedule and supervise a sizeable staff; monitor performance.
• Manage inventory for sports merchandising divisions.
• Oversee end-of-period inventory counts and controls.
• Utilize Workforce and SharePoint for scheduling and payroll.
