The role oversees staff, merchandising flow, and location upkeep to ensure a high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory retail or sports merchandising experience, with training, cash handling, and POS operation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in retail or sports merchandising.
• Experience in training staff, cash handling, and equipment operation.
• Ability to use the current POS system for transactions and inventory checks.
• Strong communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to operate and move merchandise throughout the store/stand.
• Flexibility to work event-driven schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits and monthly inventory for locations.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and systems.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
• Report issues to management from personnel, maintenance, or merchandise perspectives.
• Manage merchandise replenishment on the selling floor and monitor flow.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences while adhering to appearance guidelines.
