Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• 60 credit hours of college-level coursework or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with POS, purchasing and inventory systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in sports/entertainment or event operations preferred.
• Experience managing union staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-line staff in premium F&B outlets and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assign staff per event staffing levels and address shortages.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and relay event instructions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage daily inventory and monthly counts.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure food quality.
• Provide timely guest recovery and handle feedback.
