Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Cook I to support culinary operations for live events across our venues, under the leadership of the culinary team. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key duties include keeping the kitchen clean, completing tasks on schedule, assisting with BEO preparation, and supervising temporary staff as needed. A Culinary Arts Degree or 3–5 years experience is required along with knife skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Culinary Arts Degree or 3-5 years’ experience in catering operation.
• Knife skills required.
• Ability to be a team player and multitask.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized culinary kitchen.
• Finish work assignments in a timely manner.
• Assist the Culinary Leadership in preparation of Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Supervise temporary labor staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
