Legends Global is seeking a part-time Cook in Ithaca, NY to support event service operations. You will assist the Sous Chef, prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and help ensure food quality and safety during functions.

The role requires at least 3 years in kitchen production, strong knife skills, and the ability to read recipes and prep lists. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is a must for this fast-paced kitchen team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ kitchen production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret recipes and prep lists.
• Basic knife skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Sous Chef with food preparation.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Ensure sanitation and proper temperature checks.
• Wrap and label leftovers; maintain stock and FIFO.
