Success in this role requires a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a high-performing box office team in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, adapts quickly to changing event needs, and maintains accuracy while balancing guest service, ticketing operations, and financial accountability. These qualities are essential to creating seamless experiences for fans, guests, promoters, and internal partners at every event.
Advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, and computerized ticketing operations. Strong financial acumen with experience in reporting, reconciliation, settlements, and cash management. Exceptional guest service, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. Proven leadership, coaching, and employee development abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn new technology and adapt to evolving ticketing systems and operational processes. Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Other duties may be assigned.
