Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong AV technical knowledge and ability to work with in-room audio/video systems.
• Experience supporting corporate events or large-scale productions a plus.
• Flexible hours, including after hours or weekends, may be required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• CTS certification (AVIXA CTS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, operate, and facilitate support for event productions.
• Advance testing of show playback and ensure proper playout and synchronization.
• Coordinate with crew and presenters to follow the run-of-show.
• Provide technical support for in-room AV equipment and streaming.
• Maintain equipment inventory and report issues promptly.
• Attend pre-show meetings and communicate with executives and staff.
