Job summary

Gold Key PHR is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to set up all AV production needs for property events. The role requires precise setup, adherence to BEO details, and safe work practices to deliver high-quality service to guests.

Responsibilities include responding to AV calls, troubleshooting hardware/software, and coordinating with the Banquet Captain to ensure accurate billing and service delivery.

• Technical aptitude with AV equipment and basic computer hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operation of large and small scale audiovisual systems for live events.
• Respond to audio visual calls and assist guests with technical difficulties.
• Set up accurate setup and efficient operation of equipment.
• Provide excellent guest service by striving to exceed expectations and needs of internal and external guests.
• Understands technical aspects and can troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to standard and report deficiencies.
• Follow company processes and complete paperwork accurately.
• Assist with security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment; participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate changes to AV services to AV Manager and/or Banquet Captain for accurate billing.
