Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements per Encore’s policy.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• DOT requirements may need to be met.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic AV equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
• Toubleshoot basic equipment and software issues; handle changes professionally.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork, follow procedures.
• Interact with staff and vendors for equipment; used equipment sheets to plan setups and strikes.
